Thomas G. Martin, CEO/Pres.

Tom is the founding member of Foresight Legal Group.

He is a graduate of Yale University and UCLA School of Law. While in law school, he externed for the Honorable Stephen Reinhardt of the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Mr. Martin has also been published in national law journals. He is a member of the Trusts & Estates Sections of the California State and the Los Angeles County Bar Associations, the Estate Planning & Trust Council of Long Beach and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is also a participating attorney with AARP, UAW, UnionPlus, and Signature LegalCare.

Tom is a family man, married with two children. He is also active in the community, including Miller Children's Hospital, the Long Beach Alliance for Children with Asthma (LBACA), and Long Beach Pride. Mr. Martin is also honored to be on the advisory board of Miller Children's Hospital.

Jennifer DeRosa Ellis, Attorney

Jenna's practice is devoted to estate planning and select family law matters in addition to general asset protection. She is a certified arbitrator and currently hears arbitrations for the Better Business Bureau and American and foreign auto manufacturers. She has over twenty years experience dealing with business issues, specifically franchisee/franchisor related matters and is a regular columnist in two major restaurant periodicals with her column, “Ask the Expert”. She brings to our practice over a decade of national and international business experience.

Jenna received her Juris Doctor and Trial Advocacy Honors at Whittier College School of Law and she graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota with a B.A in Political Science. She is affiliated with the Long Beach Bar Association, Women Lawyers of Los Angeles Bar Association, and the Italian-American Lawyers Association.

Miriam G. Panzetta, Office Manager

Miriam is the firm's office manager. She graduated from the University of British Columbia, is a licensed notary public and real estate appraiser.
